Job responsibilities include:
 

• Food preparation: sandwiches, burritos, tacos and salads

• General cleaning activities in kitchen

• Restock kitchen supplies and rotate food

• Grill, cook, and fry foods - fish & chips, burritos, grilled meals

• Cook foods with short preparation times, according to ticket requirement

• Show up to work on time, ready to work

• Attentive to your side work

• Proficient in the use of fryers and grills

Retail Clerk/Cashiers

Job responsibilities include:
 

• Accurately record customer transactions.

• Handle monetary transactions by operating a cash register and credit card terminal.

• Engage in suggestive selling.

• Stock merchandise as needed.

• Communicate with others in a polite and professional manner.

• Clean work areas as needed.

• Other requirements:

• Strong customer service skills.

• Regular attendance.

• Basic math skills and operation of register.

• Standing for long periods of time.

• Comfortable handling live and cooked seafood.

• Maintain cleanliness throughout all work areas.

Dishwasher

 

Job responsibilities include:
 

• Clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools

• Clean chowder kettle

• Sanitize cutting boards

• Wash down floor and clear drains

• Emptying of trash into proper waste container

• Keeping work area clean

Sanitation 
 

Job responsibilities include:
 

• Sanitation of tables and counters

• Collecting of serving trays, sanitation and redistribute

• Emptying of trash and recyclables into proper waste containers

• Keeping patio area clean

• Maintain sanitation supplies for customers and employees

• Complete daily log of sanitation and turn in weekly to Market Lead

Prep Cook
 

• Perform food preparation tasks, such as portioning of food items and making sauces

• Follows recipes

• Restock chowder in restaurants

• Shucks oysters

• Keep work area clean
