Wild California King Salmon - Whole
Each salmon weighs approximately 10 pounds each, yielding 6-7 lbs. of fillet or approx. 8 lbs. of steaks. *Head and Carcass will not be shipped unless asked for.
Each whole salmon can either be:
- Filleted into two sides, then each side cut into 3 pieces for a total of 6 fillet portions
- Steaked into approx. 8-10 steaks.
- Or a Whole Fish Cross-cut in half. including head and tail attached.
