We ship anywhere in the United States including Alaska and Hawaii. We ship your order overnight via GLS or UPS in California and FedEx or UPS for outside of California.

Shipping Schedule

Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 12PM PST. will ship same-day to arrive the next day. Orders placed AFTER 12PM will ship the following day according to our schedule.

Orders placed after 12PM Thursday through Sunday will ship Monday for Tuesday's arrival.
Saturday Delivery
For an additional $25 FedEx surcharge, we can arrange a Saturday FedEx delivery when the order is placed no later than Friday by noon PST. Please add FedEx Saturday Delivery to your CART at CHECKOUT.

It may be necessary to delay shipping a day for some items so that we can procure the freshest product possible.

Non-perishable items will be shipped via FEDEX or UPS GROUND service.

Please note: We do not automatically add dry ice to our frozen shipments. If you wish to add dry ice to your order, please add it to your cart. Otherwise, your frozen items will be shipped with Gel-Ice and as such may arrive in a non-solid state.
Non-Perishable Items
Non-Perishable items will be shipped via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS services. Non-Perishable items will be charged $15 for shipping and will not be shipped overnight.

How is my order shipped?
In most cases, your seafood will be vacuum-sealed in individual one-pound packages, unless otherwise indicated in the description. Example: If you order 5 pounds of Salmon fillet; you would receive (5) one-pound packages unless you specify otherwise. Your seafood is then packed into one of our custom-size insulated boxes with a sufficient amount of frozen gel packs (or dry ice if added to the cart).
If you prefer your frozen product to arrive in a frozen-solid state you must add dry ice to your shopping cart. Although we ship all of our packages overnight, your order will be packaged to withstand a 2-day transit in the event of a shipping delay.
When will my order ship?
With the exception of holidays; all orders placed Monday - Thursday before noon will ship that same day for delivery the next day. We do not have delivery options available for Monday or Sunday arrival.
What if my order gets lost or delayed?
In the event, your shipment gets lost or delayed please contact us within 24 hours via email at orders@giovannisfishmarket.com. and we will do our best to locate or reroute your package if possible.
*Note on weights
Please note we do our best to cut our portions to 1 pound, however, due to the nature of fish densities and thickness, we employ a margin of error policy to no more than 1/10th of a pound, meaning your steak could weigh as much as 1.1 pound or as little as .9 pound. this is our "house tolerance policy". When you order 10 fillets for example it is expected that some packages will be slightly over or under usually within a couple of hundredths of a pound. Additionally, we use scales that are certified for trade through the state of California and are exponentially more accurate than a home or bathroom scale.
